Do you keep in touch with all your friends?

Recently with the hype of Social Networking, i have been researching the latest trends in Networking. Its strange in the old days we asked classmates to complete a scrapbook and would hope that our friends / buddies would write cool things about us. But with Life moving at a fast pace some of us have lost our scrapbooks or have completely lost touch with the people who we considered close as friends or acquaintances. During my visit to India lately i realized that my school, college friends had all moved on to different countries and i had to meet new people and make new friends.
The reason for this topic is to understand and share views of ways to get in touch with friends, classmates work buddies. How could you land in any state of India and meet people and get to know them. Please share your views so that everyone can benefit.
The theme has sufficient stuff to think about the past friendships. As it is very difficult to find a friend in this world hence loss of a friend is loss of a life. When i look back to my older times i do not find any moment i could have done anything without a friend. Thanks Zuriq to let me remind the times i had left in the hands of past.
