This hit Telugu song launched the cine career of singer S.P. Balasubrahmanyam. S.P. Balasubrahmanyam gave a concert in US (Silicon Valley) sometime back. Some one in the audience felt - "I would have enjoyed the song even more, if I had known the meaning of lyrics".
